Template Studio had a two-sided problem. Creators had no dependable place to sell their design work and build income from it. Buyers had no reliable way to find quality templates without wading through inconsistent listings.
Both sides stalled for the same reason: trust was hard to establish. Buyers couldn't judge quality quickly, so they hesitated. Creators couldn't see what was selling, so they couldn't improve their offerings or price with confidence.
The platform also had to grow without breaking. More creators meant more templates, more categories, and more transactions to handle.
