Justwravel, a travel company known for curated group tours and adventure trips, partnered with us for a full UX audit and website redesign. We identified usability issues, improved navigation, and enhanced engagement using insights from Google Analytics and heuristic evaluations—ultimately boosting user experience and conversion rates through data-driven design improvements.
Our Vision
To redesign JustWravel with a UX-first approach, enhancing usability, refining navigation, improving engagement, and increasing conversions by applying data-driven insights to create a seamless and user-friendly website experience.
Redesigning Goal
By achieving these objectives, the goal was to create a more seamless, enjoyable, and efficient user journey, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and business growth for Justwravel.

Problems We Solved
We fixed usability gaps, reduced drop-offs, improved navigation flow, enhanced engagement features, and optimized the experience to increase user satisfaction and conversions.

Poor Navigation
Cluttered and confusing menu made it hard for users to find information, with important links buried deep.
Low Conversion Rates
Complex booking process lowered conversions, while call-to-action buttons lacked visibility and did not guide users properly.
High Bounce Rates
Many users left after viewing one page, as key landing pages failed to engage and retain users.
Visual and Content Clutter
Outdated and cluttered design reduced clarity, while poorly organized content made it difficult to read and understand.

Lack of User Engagement
Limited interactive elements like customer reviews and trip highlights, along with weak social media integration reduced engagement.
