The Challenge
Behno is a D2C luxury leather handbag brand. Their website looked every bit the luxury label it was—premium photography, elegant typography, the kind of site that whispers sophistication.
But it had a problem no one could see: a 0.20% conversion rate.
For context, luxury handbags typically convert at 0.30-0.50%. Behno was underperforming even that low benchmark. Users were arriving, admiring, and leaving—without buying.


What We Found
