ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Gulfin is a high-end property listing platform made for luxury buyers, commercial investors, and NRI clients seeking premium apartments, villas, offices, and retail spaces across Dubai and the Tricity Region (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula). Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Zod, and React Hook Form, communicating via BFF REST APIs, the platform bridges international real estate markets through a fast, data-visualised Real Estate Marketplace Layout that turns high-value browsing into direct consultation inquiries.
Cross-border and luxury real estate buyers – particularly NRI investors looking across both Indian and Gulf markets – face fragmented property browsing experiences. Most platforms fail to offer the level of visual sophistication, specification detail, and trust signals required for high-ticket transactions.
Gulfin needed an overhaul to address disparate location data, sluggish search filtering, and complex lead flows. Previous browsing interfaces lacked clear location-based discovery across Dubai and Tricity, while cluttered specification pages and weak lead-generation UX caused severe drop-offs among high -intent investors seeking private agent callbacks or virtual tours.
The project followed a structured, six-phase end-to-end design and architecture strategy tailored for luxury property acquisition.
