Grocery Madbrains is a hyperlocal grocery delivery app designed to provide everyday shoppers with a fast, reliable, and effortless ordering experience. Operating in a high-velocity market where shoppers manage large, time-sensitive carts, the app needed to handle complex inventory without overwhelming users or slowing down the purchase journey.
