Issue

Navigation and the online buying procedure of any app play a crucial role in customer engagement. Previously the navigation and buying process of the Tanishq app was complicated and not user-friendly. It overall affected their user experience and the number of customers also decreased due to this complicated procedure of buying.

Solution

We made the entire navigation and purchasing procedures of the app very smooth. We resolved the issue like this. When a customer clicks on the product it will redirect the user to the “My Cart” page and the desired product will be saved there. Then the customers have to click on the “proceed to checkout” option to go to the next page. Now the customers are on the “address page”. There are two options on this page, the first is “Add new address” and another is “Continue”. If a user previously entered the address it will be automatically saved for future purchase or the users can add a new address as well. After the address selection, the next page is the payment page. Here the user can avail the promocode or coupons. After that final payment amount will be displayed on the screen. The users can click the “continue” option to pay. Users can through credit cards, debit cards, net banking and wallets.
