Job Overview :

MadBrains Technologies is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Client Outreach : Reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and solutions, and set up meetings for further discussions.
  • Sales Pipeline : Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Reporting : Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales.
  • Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Tools : Proficiency with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify business opportunities.
  • Self-Motivated : Highly motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
